Sri Lanka’s leading school supplies and stationery manufacturer, Atlas Axillia recently marked a special milestone in their purpose-led CSR program “Atlas Sipsavi,” which specifically create equal opportunities to under-served children. The team worked to provide Sinhala Tamil New Year joy to Ratnapura North Karadana National School after seeing an article on “Lankadeepa Online”.
Lankadeepa Online and Team Hero jointly launched the newest level of “Atlas Sipsavi” on 10th April, 2021. They took food for the new year, sweetmeats and chocolates, as well as stationery, school bags and books to the school.
Additionally, the company organized new year games and a religious ceremony. Those who won at the games were given more gifts.
Ratnapura North Karadana National School Principal Mr. D. S. P. Jagath, Vice/Deputy Principal Mrs. W. A. Rupika Ranjani, the students, and their parents were t the event to receive these gifts from Team Atlas. The attendees praised the efforts by Atlas to bring joy to the children.
