Who is collecting your data?
Your personal data is collected and controlled by Atlas Axillia, a subsidiary of Hemas Holdings PLC, in return for the services/products that we offer.
The policy will apply for the data collected for the marketing purposes of the business, including promotional activity and advertisements, which will be sent to you on third party websites, platforms and applications which may display our marketing content based on your digital usage information. These third-party websites generally have their own privacy notice and terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them before using those websites.

through your interactions with us and our Services, such as, when you purchase or use our Products/ Services, register for service or attend an event, etc.

What do we collect?
We collect your personal data, i.e. any information used to identify an individual specifically. You can, however, opt not to provide, in which instance we may not be able to fully provide our products/ services tailored to your needs.
To exercise customer profiling and marketing activities, we gather your personal data such as name, address, telephone number, email address, payment information, details related to your children and certain other data, including from social media. This will only be used to enhance your experience with our products / services and will be treated with utmost privacy.
Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
We collect and process your personal data for the following specific purposes:
- For Educational Purposes and Training Program Administration:
- To register you for the training programmes.
- To manage your participation, attendance, and progress in the programmes.
- To provide you with relevant training materials and resources.

- For Marketing and Advertising Purposes:
- To promote future Atlas training programmes and educational initiatives.

- To send you newsletters, promotional offers, and information about new Atlas products and services that may be of interest to you.
- For Promotional Purposes of All Atlas and Third-Party Partner Products/ Services:
- To inform you about the full range of products, resources, and services that can benefit you, your students and your children.
- To invite you to other events, workshops, or product launches.

As our products are used predominantly by children, we understand the importance of taking extra precautions to protect their privacy and safety.

Why do we use and sometimes share your personal details?

- Affiliated Companies: Other entities within the Atlas group of companies for internal administrative purposes and to offer you a broader range of relevant products and services.
- Third-party Partners: Third-party partner of Atlas Axillia with whom Atlas may enter into data sharing agreements in line with the existing data laws for strategic reasons.

How do we use social media?
We use social media to promote our offers and to improve and facilitate our own services. For example, we have integrated social media plugins into the Atlas MyShop website.
How do we make use of mobile devices?
We may introduce apps for a variety of mobile devices and use versions of our regular website that have been optimized for mobile.
These apps and mobile websites process the personal details you give us in much the same way as our website does.
How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Data for?
As long as the order is being processed, we will keep your personal data only for its specific purpose which it was collected or as required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.
To improve your experience and loyalty rewards scheme, your data may be retained.
By your request, we will delete your information as soon as practical.
