JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and propose solutions
- Work with vendor through solution development lifecycle
- Facilitate user training and familiarity
- Establish maintenance and systems support
- Drive continuous improvement
- Ensuring ongoing connect with Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams through training interventions and meetings on feedback and sharing insights.
- Hands on experience in .Net, .Net Core, My SQL, PL/SQL, C#, Web API will be an added advantage
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Possess an IT related degree or similar degree with an IT focus
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar role and industry
- Fluency in Tamil is a must.
- Experience in SFA, ERP, CRM, will be an added advantage
- Sound communication and negotiation skills
- Have good knowledge of new technology
- Possess analytical skills and ability to follow a structured approach to solve problems
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical/ Crystal, Excel, BI tools- Power BI
