o Innovate in printing technologies (inkjet, pad, laser, etc.) to enhance quality, consistency, and process control.
o Apply statistical quality control (SQC) methods and data-driven testing to ensure process accuracy and reliability.
o Collaborate closely with R&D design and manufacturing technology teams to ensure smooth implementation of automation systems.
o Supervise plant-level R&D executive operations related to automation activities at the Peliyagoda facility.
• EduTech Product Development
o Establish and lead a dedicated EduTech innovation team focused on designing and prototyping educational technology solutions.
o Align EduTech initiatives with broader product development and marketing strategies to support long-term brand growth.
o Conduct validation testing, usability assessments, and performance evaluations for EduTech components.
o Research and integrate emerging technologies such as smart sensors, control systems, and AI-enabled testing in both EduTech and automation solutions.
o Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BOMs, test plans, user manuals, and workflow processes.
Candidate Profile
