Marketing Manager

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategy, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for delivering impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive product growth.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, fostering a high-performance and innovative culture.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
• Plan, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging insights to improve effectiveness and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to align marketing activities with organizational objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or similar leadership role.
• Experience in managing brands and products within the children’s or family-focused market segment will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
