JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage the sales administration team, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement streamlined processes for sales order processing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales administration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sales administration processes.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or qualification in CIM/SLIM or CIMA.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in sales administration or in a related field, with a track record of successful leadership.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and enhance sales administration procedures, along with fluency in MS XL and Power BI.
- Experience collaborating within an SFA, SAP, or ERP system environment and a proficient skill set in the MS Office suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail with Innovative thinking, strategic focus, and aptitude that challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proven track record collaborating across organizational teams with all levels of leadership
