Manager – Management Accounting & Finance

Are you a results-driven finance professional with a passion for strategic financial management? We are seeking a Manager – Management Accounting & Finance to lead financial analysis, enhance business performance, and support international market expansion through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

The Role

• Support international market expansion by contributing to commercial due diligence for M&As and new entity setups.
• Evaluate new business models and operational strategies through feasibility studies.
• Lead monthly management reporting, financial analysis, and performance monitoring against budgets.
• Drive the annual budgeting cycle and oversee financial planning for the unit.
• Monitor debtor and stock balances, ensuring proactive corrective actions.
• Oversee financial thresholds for ongoing projects and implement necessary interventions.
• Collaborate with SBUs to ensure accuracy and completeness of management reporting data.
• Spearhead new initiatives such as report automation and process improvements.
• Act as the key finance liaison for the Internal Business team and SBU management.
• Lead product costing, pricing strategies, and financial analysis for business growth.
• Develop finance-related protocols, policies, and templates for cost and pricing decisions.
• Provide financial insights into international markets, considering tariffs, duty structures, and front-end margins.
• Ensure compliance with international tax laws, transfer pricing, and valuation rulings.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge in costing and management accounting.
• Share insights and best practices within the team to foster continuous learning.

The Candidate

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or ICASL are highly desirable.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven expertise in product costing, financial analysis, and management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and financial modeling proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
