The Role
We are seeking a high-performing and commercially driven Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions.
The role will drive budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX governance while ensuring compliance with LKAS and statutory requirements. The position will also oversee audit, tax, and treasury-related matters, while partnering with business units to deliver actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
The Person
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of LKAS / SLFRS and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience in handling external and internal audits, tax, and treasury functions.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and business partnering capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes aligned with strategic objectives.
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with LKAS / SLFRS and group reporting requirements.
• Manage statutory and internal audits, ensuring timely closure, compliance, and resolution of audit findings.
• Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and coordination with relevant authorities and advisors.
• Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and banking relationships.
• Drive CAPEX planning, evaluation, and monitoring in line with company policies and return expectations.
• Partner with business units and senior management to monitor performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, variance insights, and decision support to management.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial discipline across the organization.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.
