Junior Executive – Procurement – Exports

The Job

• Handling TIEP, Bond, FTZ, and cross-trading cargo at optimal costs while maintaining 100% accuracy in import versus export operations.
• Analyzing inbound, inter-warehouse, and export costs for better control.
• Negotiating competitive freight rates for import and export shipments.
• Coordinating FTZ/3P manufacturing and material transfers.
• Establishing a foolproof process for maintaining TIEP, Bond, and FTZ customs-related documentation in each process.
• Providing on-the-job training and enhancing knowledge of international trade.
• Evaluating global opportunities related to Free Trade Agreements and making recommendations to the exports team.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in international business, Supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in import/export operations, customs regulations, and international trade practices.
• Familiarity with trade compliance and relevant documentation requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for trade and logistics management.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
