Junior Executive – Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse performance and implement initiatives to improve picking and issuing accuracy, minimize product damage, and enhance Value-Added Services (VAS) and e-commerce operations.
• Support the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, conduct regular safety audits, and ensure timely removal of black-coded inventory.
• Promote and enforce warehouse safety standards, conduct safety inspections, and implement forklift safety improvements.
• Drive process automation initiatives, including QR code integration, and enhance tracking and inspection systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify operational challenges, provide system support, and conduct user training to ensure effective adoption of processes and systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Inventory Management will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems (preferably SAP), Power BI, digital automation tools, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Kaizen.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics planning, safety compliance, operational reporting, and audit processes.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail, communication, teamwork, adaptability, leadership potential, and a proactive approach to work.
