Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Ensure accurate documentation and make project resources readily available for reference and retrieval.
• Coordinate and monitor project tasks, providing regular updates to relevant parties.
• Support project tracking, including budget and timeline management.
• Assist senior management in ensuring effective project execution.
• Organize and facilitate onboarding and training for project team members and stakeholders.
• Oversee IT procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract management, and related documentation (PR/PO/GRN, invoices, payments, warranty management, and expense processing).
• Assist in preparing CAPEX and OPEX approvals, as well as managing petty cash and advance payments for IT-related activities.
• Undertake additional tasks as required, depending on project complexity, business priorities, and management direction.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field from a recognized institute.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT or business project coordination.
• Basic IT administration and project management knowledge.
• Familiarity with procurement and finance processes.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and communicate effectively across teams.
