Junior Executive / Executive – Modern Trade

The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to support our Modern Trade business by driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve assigned sales and category targets.
• Ensure timely collections and manage debtor days.
• Monitor trade credit and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Achieve the Order Fulfilment Rate (OFR) target.
• Minimize channel returns and drive new product listings.
• Execute customer marketing plans effectively.
• Build strong relationships with Modern Trade customers.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
