The Role
The General Manager – Learning Innovation & New Ventures will drive Atlas Axillia’s expansion into the broader learning ecosystem, leading the incubation and scaling of new ventures as a member of the Executive Committee.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies for new learning-focused ventures.
- Scale existing initiatives into profitable and sustainable business units.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities in education, digital learning, and child development.
- Lead digital learning product development and data-driven decision-making.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships across technology, content, and education services.
- Build agile teams and embed an entrepreneurial, innovation-driven culture.
The Person
- 10–15 years of leadership experience in marketing, business development, innovation, or general management.
- Proven track record in launching, incubating, or scaling new ventures.
- Strong commercial, digital, and strategic acumen.
- Experience in startups, innovation units, or managing SBUs within larger organizations.
- Exposure to strategic projects, M&A, or consumer/digital businesses is an advantage.
- Visionary, commercially minded, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Passion for learning, education, or digital consumer solutions is preferred.
