Executive – Production

Key Responsibilities

• Drive people productivity improvements and optimize headcount utilization
• Enhance machine productivity and overall operational efficiency
• Improve material productivity and reduce wastage
• Foster and sustain a strong quality-driven culture
• Achieve Quality, Loss, and Improvement (QLI) targets
• Maintain Total Conversion Cost (TCC) and unit cost targets
• Ensure production process compliance with company standards
• Support Gross Profit (GP) margin improvement initiatives
• Achieve Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) index targets
• Implement and sustain 5S standards across production areas
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve Kaizen targets

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations Management
• Sound knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts and 5S practices
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Strong computer literacy, including MS Office applications
• Experience or exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI
