Executive – Operational Excellence (OEX)

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve productivity targets aligned with the annual financial plan.
• Drive people productivity initiatives across operations.
• Govern and manage the Team Kaizen competition framework.
• Develop and maintain centralized dashboards for MOR, HOD, and weekly operational meetings, ensuring accurate and timely data consolidation.
• Ensure achievement and sustainability of all 5S standards across operations.
• Deliver annual Kaizen targets in line with organizational goals.
• Achieve the planned training hours for the financial year.
• Lead and support the achievement of external operational excellence awards.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in manufacturing and operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Sound technical and practical understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Strong training, facilitation, and training skills.
• Demonstrated creative thinking and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Proven ability to engage and manage shop-floor teams as well as senior management.
• Exposure to Power BI and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
