Executive – Management Accounting & Finance (Business Growth)

The Job:

• Deliver strategic financial insights to support business decisions across revenue, cost, and investment areas.
• Align budgets and forecasts with business plans through cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify value creation opportunities through financial analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling.
• Govern cost-saving and productivity initiatives, ensuring delivery and accountability.
• Evaluate new projects, pricing strategies, and resource utilization to optimize returns.
• Lead financial input for NPD, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive efficiency through smarter reporting, analytics, and digital tools.
• Present clear performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Analyze industry data and trends to improve the quality of decision-making.
• Work in an AI-evolving and digitally transforming operational setup, adopting the latest technologies.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• A recognized professional part qualification such as CIMA or ACCA is mandatory.
• Strong advanced Excel analysis and SAP skills.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
