We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Executive – Institutional Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving B2B sales and nurturing long-term relationships with institutional clients, including corporations, government entities, and educational institutions. This is a rewarding opportunity for a proactive and ambitious professional with a proven track record in business-to-business sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional sector, with a focus on educational and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across target organizations.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, while providing regular progress reports to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise to deliver informed, consultative sales solutions.

Candidate Profile
• A bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or an equivalent professional qualification (SLIM/CIM preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, with prior exposure to institutional sales being a definite advantage.
• Demonstrated success in B2B selling, preferably to institutional clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a range of stakeholders.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
