As we strengthen our data-driven culture, we are seeking a Data Analyst Executive to support analytics and insight generation across customer experience, product performance, and operational excellence.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real business data and analytics initiatives within a consumer and education-focused environment.
The Role
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decisions
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Generate insights related to customer behavior, sales trends, product performance, and process efficiency
- Support basic statistical, predictive, and AI-enabled analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and consistency across reports
- Stay updated on emerging analytics and AI tools relevant to the business
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar data analytics role
- Working knowledge of Python and data analysis concepts
- Exposure to tools such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Power BI, or similar
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to convert data into business insights
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
