The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager / Manager – Management Accounting. This role is pivotal in driving financial insights and strategic decision-making to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver strategic financial insights to support business decisions across revenue, cost, and investment areas.
• Align budgets and forecasts with business plans through cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify value creation opportunities via financial analysis, benchmarking, and scenario modeling.
• Govern cost-saving and productivity initiatives, ensuring delivery and accountability.
• Evaluate new projects, pricing strategies, and resources used to optimize returns.
• Lead financial input for NPD, automation, and transformation initiatives.
• Drive efficiency through smarter reporting, analytics, and digital tools.
• Present clear performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Analyze industry data and trends to improve the quality of decision making.
• Work with an AI evolving and digitizing operational set up catching up and adopting the latest technology.
The Person:
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• A recognized professional qualification such as CIMA/CA/ACCA is mandatory.
• Advanced Excel analysis and SAP skills.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
