The Job
- Coordinate daily operations with third-party manufacturers
- Ensure production plans, timelines, SOPs, and service levels are met
- Manage material issuance, consumption tracking, and stock reconciliation
- Oversee quality compliance, audits, and corrective actions
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with warehouses
- Monitor conversion costs, productivity, and KPIs
- Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners
The Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in third-party/contract manufacturing or operations
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing, inventory control, and SOPs
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
