The Job

  • Coordinate daily operations with third-party manufacturers
  • Ensure production plans, timelines, SOPs, and service levels are met
  • Manage material issuance, consumption tracking, and stock reconciliation
  • Oversee quality compliance, audits, and corrective actions
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with warehouses
  • Monitor conversion costs, productivity, and KPIs
  • Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners

The Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in third-party/contract manufacturing or operations
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, inventory control, and SOPs
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
