JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be responsible for delivering Digital transformation solutions and related engagements while directly reporting to Head of IT & DT
- Forsee technology sprawl and consider scalability, compatibility and retirement when absorbing technology into current offerings.
- Provide technical knowledge, training to the engagement team to produce quality deliverables on time and on budget
- Building and promoting strong client relationships by understanding client needs and proposing digital initiatives to serve their needs
- Define business problems and design and implement new operating models; including people, process, and technology.
- Conduct detailed assessment of performance improvement opportunities aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate, organize and facilitate the sessions for technical discussions with clear outcomes
- Technical know how of latest DT technology trends and how to perform value comparison
- Be able to present and articulate the value of proposed transformation solutions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT from a recognized university
- Have at least 5 years in IT and business experience. With a focus on building digital strategy, leading technology transformation projects, managing people, processes, risk and change, and working with organizations to roll out the various programs, projects and initiatives.
- Experience with emerging technologies (Cloud, big data, IoT) and innovation
- Basic project management skills
- Engagement and collaboration skills
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated track record of quality work, project management and projects implemented.
- Excellent communication (oral and written), client management and influencing skills.
- Strong team player with a positive can do attitude.
