Junior Executive – Central Planner – International Business

The Job
• Manage inquiries database for product customizations or new product developments and follow up on the timely completion of inquiry responses – coordinating with cross functional teams – R&D, QA, Regulatory, Procurement, Finance
• Draw and manage project timelines/networks for product customizations, innovations, and Special projects for International Business
• Give regular updates with dashboard to the Senior Manager – Supply chain & Operations project progress.
• Maintaining the latest estimates of export orders across 12-month horizon and ensure the timely submission of the 12-month forecast for International Business to the Demand Planning team.
• Track and monitor inventory specific to International Business across, including the maintenance of buffer stocks, and maintaining the stock value of non-moving and slow-moving inventory below allowed thresholds.
The Person
• Bachelor’s degree in planning, Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning and project management for new product developments, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in planning and inventory management software.
